Thank you for shopping with Suiwer Natural. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received and confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times are:

• Main centres: 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Outlying areas: 4–7 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Suiwer Natural cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf
