At Suiwer Natural, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of damaged goods.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us on the same day you receive your goods by emailing us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph showing the damage

Claims submitted after the day of delivery, or without photographic proof, will unfortunately not be accepted.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
